Samantha’s Contribution to the Panel

Samantha Kappagoda’s participation in the Artificial Intelligence: What Boards Need to Know webinar reflects the distinctive value she brings to AI governance discussions: direct board experience as an active director and nominating committee chair, operating fluency in AI and data risk developed across Fortune 500 engagements, and macroeconomic risk discipline from a global macro investing environment. For an audience of current and aspiring directors, her perspective on what boards need to know about AI is grounded not in theory but in the governance and risk management responsibilities she exercises in practice.
