Samantha’s contribution to the CEO Trust AI Governance panel drew on her published thought leadership, active board service, and cross-border governance experience to address how boards and CEOs can build institutional trust in the context of AI development and cybersecurity disruption. Her perspective, framing trust as a governance outcome and a strategic asset, offered the CEO Trust audience of senior executives and directors observations for AI and cyber governance integrating fiduciary responsibility with long-term value creation.

Samantha Kappagoda is a board director and technology strategist who brings a distinctive blend of capital markets judgment, AI governance and data strategy expertise to complex, regulated environments.
